Timeframe and legal basis

AprWebs will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email once the data has been removed. Deletion will be carried out in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018).

Frequently asked questions

All the personal data we hold about you: name, email, phone or WhatsApp (if you gave it to us), the message you sent through the contact form, the reason you enter here, and the IP address recorded to limit abusive submissions. An honest clarification: this site does not store WhatsApp conversations, because it has no WhatsApp integration and receives no messages from it.
